Jay Mills is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the title and escrow industry. Throughout his career, he has led multi-branch operations, built high-performing teams, driven revenue growth, and developed scalable strategies for organizations including Carrington Escrow / Vylla Title, Lighthouse Escrow, Strategic Settlement and Escrow, and Everest Escrow.
Known for his strategic vision and operational expertise, Jay brings extensive experience in compliance, business development, team leadership, and client relations. Beyond his professional career, he is an active community leader who has served with organizations including Muriel’s Angels, Women’s Council of Realtors, NAHREP, United Way, Special Olympics, and Habitat for Humanity. Jay also holds a current California Notary Commission.

Escrow Professional with over 30 years of experience who is highly motivated with the highest level of customer service. Her expertise in the South Orange County areas is invaluable, giving her an advantage in the neighboring areas. Carrie’s expertise, professionalism, and knowledge give her clients and agents the comfort and reassurance needed during the escrow process. Her well-rounded experience in refinances, resales, probates, and Estate Sales, with a longtime Title experience as a Title Officer, brings much expertise to the transaction to ensure a smooth close of escrow.
